  2.请护士站降低噪音。这一点很重要,尤其是晚上我们需要睡眠的时候。晚上请关了我房间的电视、收音机、电脑屏幕等,确保这些噪音或光线不会影响我的睡眠。

  5.确保我的白纸板及时更新。这样我就能知道哪位医生和护士负责我的治疗,也能了解我每天的计划。在床边放一个笔记本,并在首页列出我的姓名、护理病区、病房号和房间电话,这样我就可以把所有资料和卡放到一起。

  6.如果我病情有变,请及时通知我和我的家人。彼此交流要公开,如有延误请及时通知我,这样有助于我缓解焦虑。
